I love the menu links! Of course I am a bit biased....since I am the one who created this blog! JH
ReplyDeleteSome points that come to my attention:
ReplyDeleteON MENUS/SALADS- The phrase, Smoked "Chicken Salad" Salad, appears to be redundant. How about, "Smoked Chicken" Salad, instead?
LOCATIONS- Maps should be consistent. As is, one is map view (?) and the other is satellite view. I like the satellite view because it shows the streets and the actual location.
CATERING- In the phrase, "Turn-Key" Full Service options, Shanes has a Catering", the word Shanes needs an apostrophee-Shane's. I noticed this same error in other places. Just check all places where Shane's is written out.
HOME- In the phrase "Our family Restaurant locations in Smyrna and Suwanee are both open 7 days a week to serve you!",
why is the "R" in Restaurant capitalized but not the "f" in family? I don't know that it is wrong; it could just be a matter of industry
useage that I am not familiar with, but I just wonder.

Dad - We probably should not be having a personal conversation inside the Blog....so I may delete these after we accomplish what we are trying to do.
ReplyDeleteRegarding the Menu: I have it already proofed and printed for now. I agree that it is a bit ambiguous....but there are other Smoked Chicken/Salad items that it can easily be confused with. So in this case, being redundent might be the best way to insure that there are no misundersatandings. You would be amazed at how a customer can become confused. Make sense?
Regarding the map -- I saw the difference. Wanted to decide which one we liked best before making them the same. I agree that the Sat. view is better. Will change this today.
Regarding the Capital letter in Restaurant. This is just my quick typing error. It really should be a lower case "r".
Thanks Dad....I love you!
